Informal
These are two different letters that represent Formal and Informal language, formal language is used when you are trying to get into a job or giving a speech in front of important people. It is so important to use formal language when you are speaking to your boss. Formal letters are often written to will known people or for job interviews to show respect and gratefulness.
Informal language is used when you are talking to your friends, family or every day people that you talk to except for your boss it's not that important to talk formally to your family you could if you wanted to if you wonted to show respect but I that it will be a little bit weird.
