Basketball drills

  • We gonna need a couple of stools
  • 3 cones in a line run around inside out cros cros in x10
  • 10 mikan's under hoop backboard do the same but no backboard and reverse x10
  • Left and right lay up x10
  • Reverse layups (Right hand) (Left) x10
  • Left right hand floater x10
  • Right left hand layup x10
  • Inside hand finisher (Left hand) x5
  • Reverse layup (Left hand) x5
  • Euro reverse layup (Right hand) x5
  • Right hand floater x10


Warm Ups
  • Jump from one foot to the other under the hoop and try not to fall but you have to jump side to side as far as you can and then land on one foot.
  • DO a sticky shuffle you stick one foot to the ground then shuffle then you do that continuously
  • Do 15 drop lunges



Today we were talking about who to get better at our hobbies and the things we like to do as a hobby.
